Font of choice

Lets start.  Open a blank canvas flood filled with white 500 x 300.  Copy and paste your tubes and arrange to your liking.  Hide your background layer, merge visible.  Unhide your background layer.  Colourise your merged layer to match your patter choice.

Activate your background layer, and copy and paste your pattern as a new layer.  Resize if you need to.  Lower the opacity of your merged layer to 65%.  Hide your background layer again and merge visible.

Duplicate layer, and on the original apply VM Extravaganza/Transmission default settings.  On the copy, lower the opacity to 75%.  Merge visible again.  Unhide your background.

Load the mask provided, invert unchecked.  Merge group.

Duplicate layer, and on the original apply Toadies - What are you? default settings.  Apply VM Extravaganza/Transmission to this layer again.  Lower the opacity to 50%.

On the duplicated layer apply a drop shadow V,H = 0, Opacity 60, and Blur 10.

Decorate with any accents you like.  I'm using doodles.  Add any words and your copyright, and your name.  Save as jpeg.

You are done.  I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
